► Where is the store based / From where are the items going to be shipped from?

Australia.

► How is the item packed?

Books will be placed in a rigid cardboard mailer.

Keychains will be shipped in a padded envelope.

► Will you be selling copies of "MONOMANIA" after the pre-order period has ended?

Yes (subject to stock). Please note the shop will not be open indefinitely.

► What payment methods do you accept? Can I still pay even if I don't have a Paypal account?

This store uses Paypal and Stripe to process payments and many cards are accepted. You do not need to create an account. Please just proceed normally to the payment page and then you can check-out as a guest using a compatible debit/credit card.

► How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders for Australia take about 3 to 5 business days to arrive.

International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

The number of days written in the shipping part of the checkout are only approximate, and the postal service speed of each country differs. It is out of my control, so please just expect it at the regular speed you generally get things to your country.

Things may be delayed depending on your country because of COVID-19 limitations.

► Do the packages have tracking? How can I find the location of my order?

All mail are just sent using the regular service and have no tracking. To add tracking, please select the Express Post option as it is included.

► What is the store's return and exchange policy?

All purchases are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you suspect your order got lost, please wait until you're more certain before contacting me. Some countries may take longer than others or packages can get held back for various reasons I can't control, particulary because of COVID-19.
